Return & Exchange Policy
Customers can return or exchange non-sale items within 05 days of receiving their order.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
- Original packaging and tags must be attached.
- If the product was received damaged, clear images with tags attached are required.
Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your request. If your return is approved for a refund, only the product amount will be refunded. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
Customized Orders
We do not accept returns or refunds for customized or personalized orders. These products are specially made according to your preferences and cannot be resold.
Sale Items
- - Refunds are not available on sale items.
- - Exchange is available for sale items only.
- - Items can only be exchanged for products of the same value. Any remaining balance will be provided as store credit.

Return & Exchange Guidelines
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
Exchange Eligibility
Products purchased from Elkcrafts may be exchanged under the following conditions:
- Item is in original condition with packaging and tags attached.
- Size or fit issue (runs small or large).
- Item is defective or damaged during transit.
- Wrong item received.
Images with original tags attached are required for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. All exchanges are subject to product availability. Customized or personalized products are not eligible for exchange or refund under any circumstances.
Refund Guidelines
Customers can request a return within 05 days of receiving the product by contacting us at elkcraftsofficial@gmail.com.
Before requesting a refund, please ensure:
- Product is unused and in original condition.
- Original tags and packaging are intact.
- Product is not damaged due to customer misuse.
Refunds will not be issued if:
- Tags or packaging are missing.
- Product shows signs of excessive use or damage caused by the customer.
Once we receive the returned product at our fulfillment center, the inspection process will begin. Approved refunds are processed within 48 hours after inspection. Please note that reimbursement may take 4–7 working days to reflect in your original payment method.

To process any return or exchange request, we may require:
- Order number
- Product images
- Details regarding the issue
If the returned item does not meet our policy guidelines, the request may be declined.
